Activity One

Based on what you've learned so far, predict what you might see in this UDL Classroom 360.

After you have explored the classroom online:

  1. Take a picture anywhere in your school. This might be the library-media centre, a special education classroom, a lab or your classroom.

  2. Highlight were you see evidence of UDL.

  3. Post your picture in our Google+ community.

  4. In your post, explain how you might add additional elements of UDL

  5. Explore other posts and comment on their pictures

Tools to create your image

  • ThingLink

  • Skitch

  • PowerPoint

  • Google Doc (just include the sharable link in the G+ community)

When finished this activity, continue on to the overview of UDL's Guidelines. We will be exploring each of the guidelines in depth over the coming weeks so for this week base your exploration on your quiz results.
