We are looking for one or two investors with a goal is $100,000 in funding.

 

This will take the form of a 3-year convertible loan @7%, payable at end of term, with a conversion rate of $1.00/share - total equity available 20%.  Any equity will be fully-vested with full acceleration on exit.

 

The money will finance:

 

• The redesign of an accessible website, sandbox and online community

• The development of interactive online resources and tools

• Development of additional SOOCs

• Brand improvement - Marketing campaign

• Attendance and travel to conferences

• Additional expenses including technology, cloud storage, lawyer fees, insurance etc.
