Milestones
Here is a brief overview of our work to date:

2012-2013 - Three co-founders created a PD team as part of our volunteer work for ISTE

June 2013 - Created online resources for the Inclusive Learning Network’s "Universal Design for Learning Playground" at ISTE 2013. This involved the creation of 9 videos related to UDL and apps, OERs for teachers and administrators

December 2013 - Designed a SOOC for ISTE members and interested educators based on the OER videos created for ISTE 2013

February 2014 - Delivered the SOOC to approximately 40 educators. SOOC designed around research and professional experience realted to how best support teacher professional growth in online learning environments. www.setsig.com

May 2014 (ongoing) - Began team writing with the goal of submitting a paper to a peer reviewed journal such as AACE. The paper entitled SOOCs: Why Small And Supported Trumps Massive for Teacher Professional Learning, tentatively schedule for publication in the fall of 2014

May 2014 - Approached by San Diego Unified to deliver Universal Design for Learning to district. Preliminary talks continuing.

June 2014 - Approached by Boston Public Schools to deliver SOOC to 200 educators. Proposal delivered July 2014. Ongoing discussions initiated by District.
