We create SOOCs that go beyond traditional professional development offerings. That go beyond online learning and MOOCs. We knew that to help bring about the changes necessary to propel schools into the future we had to do something different. SOOCs are different. They engage teachers as learners and create true learning communities that support teachers as they transfer what they learn in the SOOC directly to their classroom practice, at a cost that is affordable and scalable for districts.
